The procedure for purchasing goods in our online store can be carried out either by a registered user or by a visitor without registration. In this case, when ordering, you will need to provide contact information to place your order.
1. Registration
For ease of placing orders, we recommend that you register on our website. In your personal account. You can view the contents of your shopping cart, your order history, change your order, repeat or cancel your order, and subscribe to the online store’s newsletter. After successful registration, you can log in and start shopping.
2. Order
After selecting the product, click the Buy button — The item will be added to your cart.
Next, if you are finished selecting a product, click the Cart button.
The Shopping Cart page will list all the products you have selected.
In the Quantity field you can change the quantity of goods to purchase. After changing the quantity of goods, the order amount will be automatically transferred.
To the right of the item amount, you can perform the following actions: either remove the item from the cart, or postpone the item for the future by clicking the corresponding button. Later, any item from the deferred items can be moved back to the cart for purchase.
Also in the upper left corner of the cart, you can enter the discount coupon code in the appropriate field. If the discount coupon code you entered is valid, the order amount will be transferred taking into account the current discount.
When you click the Place an order button, you go to the next item, Place an order.
3. Placing and confirming an order
- If you are a registered customer of our online store, then log in.
- If you want to continue the order without registering, you must enter information about the buyer in the required fields specified * (buyer’s full name, email address, phone number, location and delivery address).
For orders worth less than 250 UAH. or for large goods requiring special packaging or special transportation conditions, prepayment is a prerequisite for shipment of the order. Thank you for your understanding.
Attention! An incorrect telephone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delays or inability to order! Please carefully check your personal information when registering and placing an order.
Choose a delivery method convenient for you from the following options:
1. Delivery by Nova Poshta courier in Odessa;
Delivery by courier is carried out only in Odessa! Delivery within Odessa is free for orders over 1000 UAH. Delivery cost for orders up to 1000 UAH. is 50 UAH.
When delivering by courier, you can pay in the following ways:
- cash to courier (currently unavailable);
- make a bank transfer;
- pay by credit card of any bank through the liqpay.com payment system.
2. Pickup from the online store;
When picking up products from our online store, you can pay in the following ways:
- cash upon pickup;
- pay online when placing an order;
- make a bank transfer;
- pay by credit card of any bank upon receipt of the goods.
3. "Nova Poshta" (delivery to the post office).
If you choose the delivery method through the Novaya Poshta company, you can pay for the goods you ordered in three ways:
- advance payment for goods to a bank account or card;
- payment by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods at Nova Poshta (the Nova Poshta company takes an additional commission for this service in the amount of 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount);
- payment by credit card of any bank on our website through the payment system liqpay.com.
If you choose the delivery method through the Novaya Poshta company, you can pay for the goods you ordered in three ways:
Attention! Make sure that there are Nova Poshta delivery points in your city. This can be done on the Nova Poshta company website. The order is stored for free in the Nova Poshta warehouse for 5 days (from the moment of arrival), on the 6th day it will be automatically returned to the sender.
After selecting a delivery method, payment forms will be available below.
In the "Form of payment" section, indicate the payment method you will use to pay for the goods you ordered.
If you have chosen the LIQPAY system in the payment form, you will be redirected to the secure server of the liqpay.com payment system for payment. Next, you will need to make a payment using your credit card - enter the card number, expiration date and CVV2/СVC2 code (last 3 digits on the back of the card).
Attention! For each individual order, only one payment method of your choice is possible. Payment for the order in installments using different methods is not possible.
After clicking the Place an order button, a copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail specified when placing the order.
After some time (usually within a few hours) after placing your order, our manager will contact you using the contact information you provided when placing your order. It will be possible to agree with the manager on the exact time and timing of delivery, as well as clarify details. Orders received outside of business hours on weekends or holidays are accepted automatically on the website and will be processed on the first business day.

When you receive your order, carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of the courier or a representative of the transport company; if you do not like the appearance or the product does not correspond to your order, without opening the packaging, return the order, we will definitely replace it. Claims regarding appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery (receipt of the goods).
